Our deluxe twin room with a balcony was really nice! It had everything we needed - a shower, hair dryers, and even soft bathrobes. 🛁 Overall, we were very happy with the room setup.

The hotel is family-friendly and impeccably clean. the rooms are a nice size. the location is comfortable and close to Chinatown, various restaurants, the river, and the quays. Robertson Quay district is worth visiting.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offered a varied selection of tasty meals, catering to different preferences. Additionally, the executive lounge provided a relaxed atmosphere and interesting drink options.

Transportation options were limited as the hotel was not close to the metro, requiring either taxis or walking to the bus stop. Another downside was the presence of a nearby nightclub, which could be noisy and disruptive for some guests.

The reception staff were incredibly helpful and gave us great advice on getting around Singapore using the bus and Metro. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and quiet, with a comfortable medium soft bed. We enjoyed the fresh air at night and had a great night's sleep. The breakfast every morning was delicious, and the coffee was excellent. The hotel's location was convenient, with a bus stop just 80 meters away, making it easy for us to explore the city. We loved our stay and would definitely come back to relax by the pool next time.
